Shipping policy

Orders typically ship in 7-10 business days. Actual shipping time adds 3-5 days to the delivery window (these are estimates only). Business days are Monday-Friday.  

​Packages are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail (3-5 days) in size appropriate packaging.​ If your package is over the weight limit for First-Class Mail, it will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

A tracking number will be sent as soon as it is available.

Once a package leaves our shop, we have no control over how it is handled by the carrier (USPS). Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. 

​We are not responsible for lost packages.  Once your packaged is dropped off at the post office, we do not have any control over how it is handled by the USPS.

In the event your package is lost, please contact the USPS for assistance in locating your package.
